We are looking for a Revenue Growth Management Analyst within the Belux Finance Planning and Performance management (PPM) team.
Job Purpose
The Revenue Growth Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the Finance department in Belux with structural & ad-hoc financial analysis and reports that support the decisions making process. Moreover, in this role, you will contribute to our Finance Function Vision to “Be a valued business partner guiding strategic decisions, delivering superior customer service, and driving long-term profitable growth”.You will report into the Associate Director Commercial Finance, who reports into the Belux Finance Director.
Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Provide insight and knowledge to shape business strategy: Preparation of (ad-hoc) financial analysis per customer, brand and pack in order to support the Belux Finance and Sales & Marketing teams
- Participate in several value management projects
- Steer the execution of the business strategy by developing structural reports that are enhancing customer experience and insights
- Identify and assess relevant KBI's and prepare reports with the aim to account for their performance
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness across the finance function
To be successful in this role, you need:
- Master degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- 2 years experience in similar role
- Understanding of FMCG business
- Customer focused mind set and strong Business Partner skills
- Knowledge of Power BI / DAX is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills and effective way of working
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and advanced excel/ powerpoint knowledge
- Communicating effectively
- Embracing and driving Change
- Can-do mentality
- Fluent in Dutch/English/French
